Answers to common questions about RallySpool.

❓ How often should I restring?

A common rule: restring as many times per year as you play per week. Competitive players restring weekly; casual players monthly.

❓ What is BYOS (Bring Your Own String)?

You provide the string. RallySpool charges the applicable restringing/service fee, but no string material charge.

❓ Can RallySpool order a specific string for me?

Yes. Request any string by manufacturer. Special-order strings require 4–5 days for product fulfillment, priced at the highest verified online price plus a $20 special-order fee.

❓ What is the $5 One-Time Service Fee?

Every one-time (non-subscription) restringing request includes a $5 One-Time Service Fee in addition to applicable string, expedited, special-order, and add-on charges. It does not apply to subscription services.

❓ Does expedited service override the 4–5 day special-order period?

No. Expedited restringing begins after the special-order string is received. Special-order fulfillment requires 4–5 days.

❓ Can I pause or skip a restring?

Yes. Active subscriptions can be paused, resumed, or you can skip the next service at any time from My Subscription.

❓ What happens if my racket is damaged?

If our stringer finds a defect that prevents safe restringing, we'll notify you and pause the service until the issue is resolved.
